Online purchases

Within 14 days: return for a full refund to your original method of payment.
Within 30 days: return for in-store credit.
No returns or exchanges after 30 days.

In-store purchases

Within 7 days: return for a full refund to your original method of payment.
Within 30 days: exchange or in-store credit.
No returns or exchanges after 30 days.

Return conditions

All clothing must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with tags attached.
All shoes must be unworn and in the original box.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Gift cards cannot be returned.

**Online orders are pulled from our store and are subject to availability. If an item you purchased is not available, we will contact you ASAP.

You can return online orders in person at our store (425 NE 4th Ave, Camas, WA) or by mail. For mailed returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please include the name on the order, your phone number, and your order number.

You should expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though in many cases it will arrive sooner. This includes transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), processing time once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5 to 10 business days).

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send instructions.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping in the US on all orders over $125. Orders under $125 have an $8 shipping fee. We currently don't offer international shipping.

We ship online orders Monday-Friday, within 72 hours of receiving your order. If we can't fulfill your order in that time frame, we will reach out to you.

You should receive your package within 10 business days of purchase, but in most cases it will arrive within 3-5 business days.

Prefer to skip shipping? Choose free local pickup at checkout, and your order will usually be ready at our Camas store within 24 hours.
